This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies may be used on the CEMTECH National website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
4.1 What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file or similar piece of data that a website or third-party service may store on your device. Cookies can be used for functions such as website security, remembering preferences, operating embedded services, measuring usage or supporting advertising. Not every website uses every type of cookie.
4.2 How CEMTECH currently uses cookies
CEMTECH does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads tracking or other behavioural advertising trackers on this website. We do not currently use cookies for personalised advertising or cross-site marketing profiling. The website may use essential cookies or similar technologies required by the website platform, hosting provider or security systems for the site to function reliably. These may include technologies used for security, session management, preference storage, load balancing or basic technical operation.
4.3 Google Maps and other third-party content
The website may display Google Maps or link to Google services to show the CEMTECH location. When embedded third-party content is loaded, the third party may collect technical information and may place or access cookies in accordance with its own policies. CEMTECH does not control the cookies set by independent third-party services.

4.5 Your choices
Where the website uses non-essential cookies or third-party functionality that requires consent, visitors should be given a reasonable choice before those technologies are activated, where technically feasible. Visitors can also manage or delete cookies using their browser settings. Blocking some cookies or third-party content may affect certain website features.
4.6 Changes to our cookie use
If CEMTECH introduces analytics, advertising technology, additional embedded services or other tracking tools in future, this Cookie Policy and the website consent controls should be reviewed and updated before or at the time those tools are enabled.
